Practical steps to implement in your life to bring you Joy.

Good for you.  You may begin to feel better as you read this page.  As you apply the teachings in the "little book" and as you practice, you will -over time- change your habitual way of thinking - and you will feel better than you used to -wherever you started from.   

Yes, you do have to DO something to attain Joy. 

Even a "gift" must be accepted to be used. 
You must be 1) willing to receive and 2) appreciative for any gift to be of Value to you.

The good news is, you already have an eager-to-help, willing Accomplice with more than enough power to provide all that is required for you to become more joyful.  You will become more joyful, for a greater percentage of the time, and your joy will become more full, more complete and frankly more intense, than wherever you are at the time of this reading.

If you have been unhappy, frightened, upset, frustrated, depressed, fearful, unhealthy or otherwise not joyful, you will begin to feel better.  If you are already at a state of contentment, and have a mostly fulfilling life, and are usually grateful for everything that shows up in your life, you can experience more joy.  You can and will get 'better' with practice.   Quick Start?   • Take 10 minutes out of the next 3 days (you can commit to THAT - can't you?) - More if you want, but with practice you get better results. So for these 10 minute sessions, For 5 minutes at a time - Sit Still.  I mean STILL... If you can already do that, practice quieting your mind for 5 seconds at a time - really - You CAN if you Will.  (Be still and know..).  After 5 minutes, place you hand(s) or fingertips on your solar plexxus, close your eyes and Be Thankful (it matters not for what - but it MUST be genuine) and FEEL Thankful. That's all - See? wasn't that simple?  Tomorrow it will be even easier because you can be thankful for the little miracle that happened today! (watch for it - expect it! ..and be pleasantly surprised)
